Season’s Greetings from Graham Real Estate!

The holidays are a time to celebrate, reconnect, and share meaningful gifts that bring joy long after Christmas morning. This year, we’re highlighting our Favorite Things—simple gestures, local favorites, memorable experiences, and the ultimate dream gift: a new home!

Read on for our team’s top picks this Christmas.

1. Choose Locally Made

Supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs is especially meaningful during the holiday season. When we choose locally made products, we’re not only giving thoughtful gifts—we’re helping preserve Bahamian craftsmanship, family legacies, and the community we’re proud to call home.

Our Local Picks Wilde Pepper Jelly

We love gifts that tell a story, and Wilde Pepper Jelly is one of our favorites. This locally made Bahamian business is multigenerational—passed down from mother to daughter, preserving tradition, flavor, and family with every jar.

Made with peppers grown right here on our islands and crafted with care (and plenty of love), this sweet-and-spicy staple captures the heart of Bahamian cuisine. It’s bold, comforting, and the kind of gift that instantly brings people together.

Ways to enjoy Wilde Pepper Jelly:

  • Paired with cream cheese and crackers or crostini
  • As a glaze for chicken, pork, or grilled fish
  • Drizzled over baked brie for an easy holiday appetizer
  • Added to sandwiches or wraps for a sweet heat
  • Mixed into marinades or salad dressings for a tropical kick
It’s more than a condiment—it’s a taste of home, tradition, and the islands.

Anything From Bahama Hand Prints

Founded nearly 60 years ago and stewarded by several Bahamian women, Bahama Hand Prints remains a treasured cultural institution. For 50 of those years, the printing has been led by Leslie Williams, Printing and Art Department Supervisor, whose craftsmanship has helped preserve the brand’s unmistakable style.

Included in our Graham Real Estate gift bags this year is a beautiful Bahama Hand Prints tea towel featuring the Bush Medicine print, inspired by the rich local flora and traditional knowledge of The Bahamas. This special design is printed using one of the company’s original, older printing frames—one of the few that still requires two people to print, making each towel a true labor of care, collaboration, and tradition.

2. A Handwritten Note

In a season filled with busy schedules and digital messages, there’s something incredibly meaningful about a handwritten note. Taking the time to put pen to paper—whether it’s a simple thank-you, a heartfelt message, or a holiday wish—can mean more than any wrapped gift.

It’s a small gesture that leaves a lasting impression and reminds the people in your life just how much they’re appreciated.

3. Give an Experience This Christmas

Sometimes the most meaningful gifts aren’t things at all—they’re moments shared with the people who matter most.

This year, consider gifting experiences instead of items: take someone special out for dinner, plan a memorable outing, or gather friends for a festive evening. You can also purchase a gift card to a local restaurant so your friends or family can enjoy an experience with someone they love, creating memories that last well beyond the holidays.

One of our favorite spots is Social House, where we’ve already celebrated our Graham Real Estate Christmas dinner this year. With its warm atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and welcoming service, it’s the perfect place to spend quality time together. We highly recommend.

4. The Ultimate Gift: A New Home in The Bahamas

While it may be too late to place the keys under the tree this Christmas, the holidays are the perfect time to start planning for a new home in The Bahamas. Taking steps now—like exploring neighborhoods, setting goals, and securing financing pre-approval—can turn a dream into a reality in the year ahead.

Whether you’re hoping to make a move in 2026, invest in a vacation property, or find your forever home, thoughtful planning today makes all the difference tomorrow. At Graham Real Estate, we’re here to guide you every step of the way and help you begin the journey toward a new home in The Bahamas.

Warmest Holiday Wishes

As we reflect on the past year, we’re grateful for our clients, our community, and the relationships that make our work so meaningful.

Wishing you a Christmas filled with joy, peace, and all your favorite things—especially a new home in The Bahamas.
