Mid-Year Market Snapshot | Bahamas 2025
We’ve added a new mid-year market update to help buyers and sellers stay informed in real time. From January to June 2025, 169 property sales were recorded across The Bahamas—down from 339 in the second half of 2024.
Despite the drop in volume, pricing surged:
- Median sales price rose to $600,000, up from $465,000 last period
- Average sales price increased to $1.2M
- Median days on market improved significantly to 123 days, down from 147 days
While activity cooled, the data suggests that serious buyers remained active, and sellers continued to achieve strong results—pointing to a resilient, high-quality market heading into the second half of the year.
