I’ve called The Bahamas home for most of my life, and despite extensive international travels and being educated in both the US and UK, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Before stepping into real estate, I was Manager of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park, the gem of the Bahamas National Trust. That experience gave me a front-row seat to the incredible natural beauty of these stunning islands and the close-knit communities that make them so special.
My focus is on Long Island and the Exuma Cays, places I know well. I take a data-driven approach to real estate, and compile Graham Real Estate’s quarterly market reports — which means my clients get more than just advice; they get a clear picture of the market and where the opportunities really are. But I’m not all about sales pressure or clichés; I’d rather give you the facts and help you make decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the water — boating, fishing, or just exploring new stretches of coast. My love for aviation also extends to flying drones for both work and play, fitting right in with the pleasures of island life. In addition to my human family, I have a soft spot for animals, including my very spoiled pit bull rescue, Ollie.
For me, real estate is more than buying and selling. It’s about connecting people with the islands and helping them feel at home here. Whether you’re looking for a vacation retreat, an income-producing investment, or a permanent home to put down roots, I’d be honoured to help you find the right fit.
