After graduating from Rollins College with a degree in Communication, she gained professional experience in the United States across marketing, sales, brand communications, and client relations. These roles strengthened her ability to listen carefully, communicate effectively, and create meaningful connections with people from a variety of backgrounds.

Katherine’s connection to real estate began long before becoming a licensed sales agent. Through years of working alongside her father behind the scenes at Graham Real Estate, she gained valuable insight into the industry and saw firsthand the importance of local expertise, trusted relationships, and personalized service. Now that she has returned home, Katherine is excited to build upon that foundation and take on a more client-facing role.

Outside of work, Katherine has a love for the ocean and adventure. She enjoys diving, watersports, and exploring the islands, often accompanied by her adorable dog, Rosie, who has been her partner in crime on adventures from The Bahamas to California and back home again.
