"What defines Charles most is his love for understanding how things work and making them work better. He’s known for his “MacGyver” mindset — resourceful, steady under pressure, and committed to finding the most effective path forward. This passion for clarity, systems, and service is what ultimately led him to GRE, where he has grown into a trusted and versatile member of the team.
Since joining GRE in 2020, Charles has become a highly dependable Property and Project Manager who brings a calm, solutions-driven approach to every task. He handles a wide range of responsibilities — from on-site inspections, tenant and owner correspondence, preparing project plans, cost-control agendas, and detailed inspection reports, just to name a few. He takes on numerous operational roles that support both the team and the clients they serve. Under the guidance of his mentor, Sophia Porras, he has developed a strong niche in commercial property management while remaining versatile across sectors. He most recently oversaw the renovation and complete build-out of over 6,000 sq. ft. for Royal Caribbean’s first Caribbean office space.
Charles holds accreditations in both property management and project management, and prides himself on strong communication, efficiency, prioritization, and a high sense of urgency. He loves learning new systems, understanding them fully, and finding effective solutions for clients. Above all, he enjoys being part of a community-focused firm where relationships, trust, and service always come first."
