Bruce Rowan has been immersed in the Bahamian real estate scene since becoming fast friends with the eventual founder of Graham Real Estate during the summer of eighty-nine, eventually earning his license with The Bahamas Real Estate Association during the fall of two thousand four, going forth to participate at Graham Real Estate Limited as a real estate professional thereafter.
The essence of Bruce’s real estate approach is to use his knowledge and technical skill, spanning four decades, to price properties so that these will “move” for the best price possible and in the least amount of time possible.
As a computer expert, he specializes in leveraging technology to crunch data for customers and clients alike, delivering a superior presentation to aid in decision-making for everyone involved. He has produced apps that streamline processes, particularly payroll processing for the property management side of business operations, as well as billing and inventory systems.
Through fostering relationships over the course of decades, Bruce has become well known for brokering arrangements between responsible tenants and fair-minded landlords, creating long lasting win-win relationships between them.
He is a Bahamian citizen, born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas; centrally located to serve all of Nassau and Paradise Island, but also very well connected to the market throughout Eleuthera, including family ties in Spanish Wells and Harbour Island.
