With a unique blend of creative vision and local expertise, Ashley Tomlinson serves as both a Sales Agent and Brand & Marketing Advisor at Graham Real Estate, helping clients and the brokerage stand out in The Bahamas’ competitive market. Raised in The Bahamas and part Canadian, Ashley has a lifelong connection to island living while also understanding the perspective of international clients drawn to the region. Her own journey into real estate began after purchasing her first home in Nassau through Graham Real Estate—an experience that inspired her to provide others with the same trusted guidance she received.
Ashley holds an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts, expanded her studies to Theater, and earned certificates in Design Communication Arts as well as Film Directing, Editing, and Producing. Her education and creative career took her to Montreal, New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto, where she immersed herself in diverse creative communities. Having navigated the challenges of settling into new cities, she knows firsthand the importance of feeling at home. After moving back to Nassau, one of her favorite roles became serving as a trusted resource for others relocating to The Bahamas and learning how to adjust to island life.
Before real estate, Ashley built a career across creative industries including design, photography, writing, content creation, and marketing. She founded The Little Black Coffee Cup, a cultural platform documenting specialty coffee, and later led Marketing & Communications for de Mello Coffee Roasters in Toronto.
This creative foundation now defines her approach in real estate. With a trained eye for presentation and storytelling, Ashley ensures every property she represents is positioned to capture attention. In her consulting role, she elevates Graham Real Estate’s brand presence both locally and internationally.
Beyond her professional work, Ashley is always creating—whether contributing to local art shows, designing for her own walls, or tending her garden. For her, a home is more than just property—it is the foundation for life, the space where you can grow, and a place to truly belong.
